涡虫体表寄生壶形虫防治方法
Effective chemical of the ectoparasitic Urceolaria on planarians

Abstract
Planarians are excellent model organisms for studies of tissue regeneration.Urceolaria is a com-mon ciliate ectoparasite inhabiting the body surface of freshwater planarians and can severely impair host loco-motion,feeding,regeneration,and survival.To identify effective control strategies,parasite-infected Duge-sia constrictiva were used to evaluate the efficacy of sodium chloride(NaCl),glacial acetic acid(CH₃COOH),and disodium hydrogen phosphate(Na₂HPO4)for parasite removal.Median lethal concentration assays and clearance experiments demonstrated that treatments with 0.929~3.716 mmol/L CH₃COOH for 2 minutes completely eliminated Urceolaria with minimal adverse effects on the host.Planarians treated with CH₃COOH resumed feeding most rapidly(3~5 minutes).Although NaCl(96.32 mmol/L)and Na₂HPO4(60.43 mmol/L)effectively removed parasites,they caused stronger irritation and significantly delayed feed-ing recovery.These results demonstrate that CH₃COOH is an efficient and safe chemical agent for eliminat-ing ectoparasitic Urceolaria from planarians.When combined with preventive management measures,this method can effectively control the spread and harm of Urceolaria in laboratory cultures.关键词
