从"脾-线粒体"角度探析心力衰竭的发病与辨证治疗
Analysis of Pathogenesis and Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Heart Failure from the Perspective of"Spleen-Mitochondria"Axis
摘要
Abstract
Heart failure is the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,studies have found that mitochondrial dysfunction is the key mechanism in the occurrence and development of heart failure,while the spleen is regarded as an important organ implicated in the pathogenesis of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to the TCM theory,a robust spleen contributes to a stable heart,whereas spleen deficiency may lead to heart failure.Notably,the spleen and mitochondria share similarities in their functional roles,core characteristics and dynamic homeostasis.Restoring the balance of the"spleen-mitochondria"axis is therefore crucial for the prevention and treatment of heart failure.Therapeutic strategies aimed at resolving dampness and turbidity,eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,as well as tonifying qi and fortifying the spleen can effectively improve mitochondrial function,harmonize heart and spleen,and alleviate symptoms of patients with heart failure.Therefore,based on modern medical research,this study explored the mechanisms of spleen and mitochondria in heart failure,aiming to provide novel insights for future cardiovascular disease management from the perspectives of spleen function and mitochondrial activity.关键词
