Therapeutic Experience of TCM Master LI Diangui in Treating Constipation Based on"Intestinal Turbid Toxin"Theory
摘要
Abstract
To summarize the clinical experience of Professor LI Diangui in treating constipation based on the theory of"intestinal turbid toxin".Professor LI believed that the stagnation of turbid toxin in the intestines is the key pathogenesis of constipation,with qi stagnation serving as the essential initiating factor,blood stasis characterizing its progression,and deficiency of healthy qi being the inevitable outcome of chronic constipation.In clinical practice,the treatment of constipation is founded on the principle of"resolving turbidity and removing toxin"with the goal of"unblocking the fu-organs".This approach is integrated with the specific clinical manifestations of patients.Therapeutic methods such as dispelling dampness,regulating qi,activating blood circulation,and combining elimination with supplementation are applied to conduct syndrome differentiation and treatment from various dimensions.Emphasis is placed on combining disease diagnosis with pattern identification to guide clinical prescription,aiming to restore normal intestinal conveyance function.关键词
