超声权重评分联合血清Tg-Ab、TPO-Ab水平在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别中的价值研究
Value of ultrasound weight score combined with serum Tg-Ab and TPO-Ab levels in differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid nodules

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasound weight score combined with serum anti-thyroglobu-lin antibody(Tg-Ab)and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab)levels in the differentiation of benign and ma-lignant thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 93 patients with thyroid nodules were selected and divided into two groups according to pathological results,namely benign group(n=64)and malignant group(n=29).The ultrasound weight score,and serum TG-Ab,TPO-Ab,Tg,TSH levels were compared between the two groups.The value of ul-trasound weight score combined with serum Tg-Ab,TPO-Ab levels in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules was analyzed.Results:There were 101 thyroid nodules in 93 patients.Benign thyroid nodules accounted for 65.35%(66/101),and malignant accounted for 34.65%(35/101).Compared with the benign group,the ultrasound weight score,serum TG-Ab,TPO-Ab,Tg and TSH levels in the malignant group were significantly higher(all P<0.05).The AUC value of ultrasound weight score combined with serum Tg-Ab and TPO-Ab levels in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules was 0.904,which was significantly higher than that of the three independent tests(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Tg-Ab and TPO-Ab may be involved in the occurrence and development of malignant thyroid nodules.Moreover,the combined use of ultrasound weight score and serum Tg-Ab and TPO-Ab levels has good differential value for benign and malignant thyroid nodules.关键词
