A Study on Enhancing the Pertinence and Effectiveness of Party Spirit Education Among Party Members and Cadres in University Administrative Departments
摘要
Abstract
Party spirit education must be internalized in Party members'mind and externalized in Party members'action,and its pertinence and effectiveness are key issues for such education.Strengthening Party spirit education among Party members and cadres of administrative departments in universities is an objective demand for fully implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,a practical need for enhancing the conduct building of Party members and cadres in administrative bodies,and an inevitable requirement for advancing the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in depth.In the new era,Party spirit education for Party members and cadres of administrative departments in universities is facing new requirements,new opportunities,and new challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to take the measures such as strengthening overall planning and top-level design to formulate scientific education plans,enhancing institutional development to build a long-term mechanism,adhering to problem and result orientation to carry out education by level and category,innovating educational methods to boost its appeal and inspiration,and reinforcing daily management and supervision to integrate such education into management and services,thus effectively improving the pertinence and the effectiveness of Party spirit education for university administrative Party members and cadres.关键词
