Survey and Analysis Report on Eggs Market in Shanghai Region
摘要
Abstract
To identify the shortcomings and optimization paths of the egg supply chain in Shanghai,this study empirically analyzed the operational characteristics,quality loss mechanism,and cold chain constraints of the egg supply chain based on questionnaire survey data collected from 180 stores of a fresh food enterprise and 2 large-scale breeding farms in Shanghai in April 2025.The results indicated that the egg supply chain in Shanghai was dominated by local supply,with the average daily sales volume of its stores at a low level.The main quality risks were concentrated in unstable temperature control and non-standard operations during cold chain storage and transportation,eggshell cracks and transportation damage,as well as an incomplete full-chain traceability system.Based on the above research findings,this study proposed targeted suggestions,including optimizing cold chain coverage,constructing a full-chain quality control system,and promoting branding and traceability disclosure,so as to provide a reference for improving the market efficiency and product quality of the egg supply chain in Shanghai.关键词
