A Study on the Scientific Understanding and Construction of an Evaluation Model for Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
Achieving common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To solidly promote common prosperity,it is necessary to conduct an objective analysis and scientific assessments of the progress made in its pursuit.This study systematically sorts out and analyzes the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of common prosperity,and holds that common prosperity is a social state in which all people realize the rational and fair sharing of development achievements on the basis of jointly creating a high level of political,economic,social,cultural and ecological development.It is the fundamental manifestation of achieving coordinated development.Common prosperity features three basic characteristics in terms of essence,content,and process,namely,fair sharing on the basis of efficiency,all-round prosperity in material,spiritual,and ecological aspects,and coordinated progress amid reasonable disparities.Based on this,the study proposes the construction ideas,principles and specific indicators of an evaluation model for common prosperity from the dimensions of development and sharing,aiming to provide references for relevant research and practical practices.关键词
