The Influence of Transformational Leadership on the Sustainable Development Performance of Agricultural Enterprises:The Regulating Role of Environmental Dynamics
摘要
Abstract
The sustainable development of agricultural enterprises is conducive to effectively promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In this study,the relationship between the transformational leadership and the sustainable development performance of agricultural enterprises is expounded theoretically,the moderating role of environmental dynamics is investigated,and 255 sample data of agricultural enterprises are tested empirically.The empirical results indicate that transformational leadership and its dimensions(moral example,vision inspiration,individualized consideration,and leadership charisma)can promote the sustainable development performance of agricultural enterprises,and environmental dynamics plays a positive regulating role between transformational leadership with its dimensions and the sustainable development performance of agricultural enterprises.Therefore,agricultural enterprises should attach importance to the cultivation and development of transformational leadership styles,and pay more attention to the role of transformational leadership in enhancing sustainable development performance under high environmental dynamics.关键词
