Practical Path and Implementation Model of Empowering Rural Comprehensive Revitalization with Red Cultural Resources
摘要
Abstract
Red cultural resources possess economic,cultural,social and ecological values in the context of rural revitalization..The sites of the Red Army's Four Battles on the Chishui River have achieved positive results in the development,protection,and utilization of red cultural resources,but still face many practical challenges,such as insufficient systematic integration,diluted brand characteristics,and institutional coordination barriers,which have restricted the actual effectiveness of red cultural resources in empowering the comprehensive rural revitalization of this region.In accordance with the"Comprehensive Rural Revitalization Plan(2024-2027)",this paper proposes practical paths including cultural inheritance,tourism development,industrial development,social governance,and ecological protection,and explores implementation models such as government led initiatives,market-oriented operation,social participation,and integrated development.It aims to optimize the efficiency of red resources from the perspectives of strategic planning and operational execution,thereby boosting comprehensive rural revitalization,and providing practical insights for the revitalization and development of revolutionary old areas.关键词
