四川不同品种雪茄烟品质特性差异对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Quality Characteristics Differences among Different Varieties of Cigar Tobacco in Sichuan Province

Abstract
To explore the differences in quality characteristics of different varieties of cigar tobacco in Sichuan production area,the study used 16 varieties as experimental materials,detect their physical properties,conventional components,and polyphenol compound content,and analyzed the correlation between the above indicators.The results showed that among the filler tobacco varieties,Yunxue 6 stood out in indicators such as tensile strength and leaf area,while Dexue 4 had a compact leaf structure.Dexue 4 had the highest nicotine content,and Dexue 1 and Dexue 3 had the highest total nitrogen content.Dexue 3 had a relatively high polyphenol compound content.Among the wrapper tobacco varieties,Chuanxue 2 had strong process adaptability,and Haiyan 103 had a large leaf area.Dexue 7 had a high potassium-chlorine ratio,and Chuanxue 2 had high nicotine and total nitrogen contents.The rutin content of Jian-heng 2 and CX07 was significantly higher than that of other varieties.Correlation analysis of wrapper tobacco showed that physical properties,chlorogenic acid substances were closely correlated with conventional components.In conclusion,the quality characteristics of wrapper and filler tobacco varieties in Sichuan exhibited directional differentiation.关键词
