蠲痛饮联合地诺孕素治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效及其对炎症-氧化应激状态的影响
Effect of Juantong Decoction(蠲痛饮)combined with dienogest in the treatment of endome-triosis and its effect on the inflammatory-oxidative stress state

Abstract
Objective To observe the application of Juantong Decoction(蠲痛饮,JTD)combined with dienogest in endometriosis(EMs)and analyze its effects on patients'oxidative stress indicators,inflammatory factors,therapeutic efficacy,etc.Methods A total of 200 EMs patients with dampness-blood stasis intermingled syndrome,admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chi-nese Medicine from August 2023 to September 2024,were included.The patients were randomly divided into four groups(50 cases each)using a random number table:the combined group,JTD group,the dienogest group,and the untreated group.The therapeutic efficacy,oxidative stress indicators,inflammatory factors,serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),size of ectopic cysts,dysmenor-rhea score,TCM syndrome score,and pregnancy rate were compared among the groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in all indicators among the four groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in therapeutic efficacy,malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),interleukin-6(IL-6),serum CA125,size of ectopic cysts,dysmenorrhea score,pregnancy rate,estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)levels among the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion JTD combined with dienogest in the treatment of EMs patients can more effectively inhibit inflammatory responses and regulate oxidative stress indicators,and the pregnancy rate is sig-nificantly improved.Compared with monotherapy,it better regulates hormone levels,relieves dysmenorrhea,reduces ectopic cyst size,and decreases serum CA125 level.With good safety,it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
