淫羊藿抗骨质疏松症作用机制的研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of Herba Epimedii in anti-osteoporosis
摘要
Abstract
This article systematically reviews the mechanism and efficacy of Herba Epimedii and its active components in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis(OP)by retrieving experimental and clinical research literature from the past five years in databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,and PubMed.Studies indicate that Herba Epimedii promotes osteoblast proliferation and differentiation by regulat-ing signaling pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin and BMP/Runx2/Osterix,while inhibiting RANKL-mediated osteoclast activation and bone resorption.It also modulates lipid metabolism,inflammatory responses,and exerts estrogen-like effects,maintaining bone homeo-stasis through multi-dimensional pathways involving the gut-bone axis and brain-bone axis.Although the multi-target mechanism of Herba Epimedii against OP is becoming clearer,the synergistic effects with other therapies and its molecular regulatory network require further in-depth research.关键词
