中药黄酮类成分治疗结直肠癌的作用机制研究进展
Research progress in mechanism of flavonoids from Chinese medicinals in treating colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide,seriously threatening human health.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for CRC has attracted widespread attention due to its characteristics such as multi-pathway,multi-target,and good safety.Flavonoids,as important active components of some Chinese medicinals(CMs),have shown good application prospects in anti-CRC therapy.Flavonoids with anti-CRC activity were classified systematically in this paper,including flavonoids,flavonols,flavanones(also known as dihydroflavones),isoflavones,chalcones,anthocyanins,biflavonoids,etc.A large number of studies have shown that flavonoids can inhibit CRC proliferation,migration and invasion,induce CRC cell apoptosis,inhibit epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),arrest CRC cell cycle,inhibit oxidative stress in CRC,induce ferroptosis,and modu-late gut microbiota(GM)in CRC.Therefore,this paper summarizes the mechanisms of action of different types of flavonoids by review-ing recent domestic and international studies,and provides a theoretical basis and research ideas for further development of new drugs based on flavonoids of CMs for CRC.关键词
