参苓白术散在脾胃虚弱型PD-1抑制剂相关性腹泻患者中的应用效果观察
Observation on the Application Effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder in Patients with PD-1 Inhibitor-Associated Diarrhea of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder(SLBZP)in patients with diarrhea associated with programmed death receptor 1(PD-1)inhibitors due to spleen and stomach deficiency.Methods Fifty-four cancer patients who developed diarrhea after monotherapy with PD-1 inhibitors were enrolled from Jiangxi Cancer Hospital and Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital between January 2020 and August 2024.These patients were diagnosed with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)differentiation and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 27 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules,while the experimental group received SLBZP in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Compare the two groups in terms of diarrhea severity,MDASI-TCM scores,and TCM syndrome scores.Results After treatment,11 cases in the experimental group and 3 cases in the control group had no diarrhea,The degree of diarrhea in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the experimental group showed superior scores in fatigue,nausea,shortness of breath,forgetfulness,drowsiness,appetite loss,vomiting,coughing,general activity,work,and walking compared to the control group(P＜0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the remaining scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores for various TCM syndromes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion SLBZP can markedly relieve PD-1 inhibitor-related diarrhea in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency pattern and improve gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life.关键词
