三级儿童医院开展呼吸道病原监测闭环管理的实践与探讨
Practice and exploration of closed-loop management of respiratory pathogen surveillance in tertiary children's hospital

Abstract
Children's Hospital of Soochow University has established a holistic management model leveraging disease surveillance.This initiative is centered on the dynamic monitoring of non-bacterial respiratory pathogen test data from children presenting with respiratory infections,aiming to enhance diagnostic efficiency and optimize resource allocation.Through an active surveillance methodology,the hospital continuously collects relevant data from both outpatient and inpatient settings.This data are aggregated and analyzed weekly to generate surveillance reports,which are disseminated hospital-wide via the intranet to provide timely feedback to all staff.This ongoing surveillance and dynamic analysis of pediatric respiratory pathogens provide practical experience for the hospital to improve clinical practice,refine services,expand service capabilities,and explore the integration of medical treatment with public health prevention.Furthermore,it offers a scientific basis for the clinical management of respiratory pathogen surveillance.关键词
