摘要
Abstract
This article explores the challenges faced by the reform of midwifery talent cultivation mode under the current background of education and social demand,and proposes an effective reform practice path with the core concept of"institutional collaboration and segmented co-education".By building a community of industry education integration,in-depth cooperation can be carried out in teacher team construction,curriculum reform,internship and training,and improving the evaluation system.This approach can create a"dual subject"collaborative channel of medical education collaboration and industry education integration,provide innovative ideas and practical references for the training of midwifery professionals,so as to improve the quality of midwifery professionals and further meet the social demand for high-quality midwifery talents.关键词
