摘要
Abstract
Insulin resistance(IR)refers to a state where insulin sensitivity is reduced and/or insulin responsiveness decreases.Insulin has various physiological functions,including inhibiting hepatic gluconeogenesis,promoting glycogen and lipid synthesis,increasing glucose uptake by muscle and adipose tissues,and stimulating cell proliferation,etc.IR generally specifically refers to the decline in insulin's hypoglycemic effect.IR is a risk factor for recurrent miscarriage,gestational diabetes mellitus,and various pregnancy complications.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that maternal IR directly or indirectly affects placental function,constituting an important pathological basis for adverse pregnancy outcomes.This article reviews the research progress on the impact of IR on placental function.关键词
