宫腔镜与直视人工流产手术系统治疗宫内胚物残留的临床效果比较
Comparison of the clinical effect of hysteroscopy and direct vision artificial abortion surgery system in the treatment of intrauterine embryo residue

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of hysteroscopy and direct vision artificial abortion surgery system in the treatment of intrauterine embryo residue.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with intrauterine embryo residue after medical abortion admitted to Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2016 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The observation group received hysteroscopic surgery,and the control group received direct vision artificial abortion surgery system to evacuation of uterus.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The residual rate of embryo after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of observation group was longer than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and incidence of secondary operation between the two groups(P>0.05).No complications occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Hysteroscopic treatment of intrauterine embryo residue can reduce the rate of postoperative embryo residue,but the operation time is longer than that of direct vision artificial abortion surgery system.关键词
