Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery and hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of previous cesarean scar diverticulum.Methods A total of 80 patients with previous cesarean scar diverticulum who underwent surgical treatment in Hengyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery.The operation related indicators,inflammatory factor levels,postoperative menstrual cycle,complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual cycle of the two groups was shortened after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the inflammatory response in patients with previous cesarean scar diverticulum.关键词
