我国公立医院药师胜任力研究的循证分析
Evidence-based analysis of research on pharmacist competency in public hospitals in China

Abstract
Objective To conduct an evidence-based analysis of the research progress and management status of phar-macist competency in public hospitals in China,providing a reliable reference for promoting the improvement and development of pharmacist management research.Methods Literature on the competency of pharmacists in Chinese public hospitals was re-trieved via the CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform databases,along with other web-based resources.A descriptive analysis was then conducted using bibliometric and evidence-based scientific principles and methods.Results A total of 60 articles were included,primarily covering comparative studies of pharmacist competency domestically and international-ly,competency surveys,evaluation system construction,and applications in continuing education and training.Although research on the competency of pharmacists in public hospitals in China started relatively late,it has developed rapidly,with the number of publications reaching its peak in recent years.The main sources of literature are journals related to pharmaceutical management.Conclusion Research on pharmacist competency in China's public hospitals is currently in the application and evaluation stage.The research is spearheaded by pharmacy departments in tertiary hospitals.关键词
