Abstract
Objective Under the policy context of the Healthy China Strategy and high-quality development of public hospitals,this study addresses three critical challenges in hospital quality and safety management—fragmented indicators,data si-los,and lack of closed-loop corrective mechanisms—and explores the development of an information-driven quality and safety as-sessment platform to advance hospital management toward refinement,data-driven decision-making,and closed-loop operations.Methods Taking a tertiary Grade-A public hospital as a case,a quality and safety assessment platform was launched in 2022.The project systematically reviewed performance indicators from 16 functional departments,established a dynamic,multidimen-sional indicator system aligned with national standards,assigned weights using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and de-signed a"four-tier,dual-closed-loop"platform architecture to enable coordinated interaction among hospital leadership,function-al departments,clinical units,and platform administrators,supported by intelligent data collection.Results After two years of implementation,significant outcomes were achieved:the corrective feedback rate from clinical departments reached 98%,with 621 appeals filed and an appeal approval rate of 37.03%.Conclusion By integrating a dynamic indicator system,a dual-closed-loop management mechanism,and data-driven decision-making,the platform offers a replicable model for refined hospital man-agement in public hospitals.Future efforts should focus on deepening closed-loop governance and enhancing automated data ac-quisition capabilities.关键词
