公立医院思政工作"四维赋能"模式的构建与实践
Construction and practice of the"four-dimensional empowerment"model in ideological and political work in public hospitals

Abstract
In light of the practical challenges in the integration of ideological education and business operations under the context of high-quality development of public hospitals,taking Shantou Central Hospital as an example,this study employs case research methods and participatory observation to deeply analyze the"four-dimensional empowerment model"of"ideological cul-tivation,organizational foundation strengthening,publicity and cohesion,and group and mass linkage"that the hospital has es-tablished.Through the use of various data such as party building rounds,satisfaction surveys,and performance monitoring,it was found that this model,by constructing a"ideological leadership-business empowerment"closed loop,creating a"brand matrix-characteristic practice"ecosystem,forming a"typical demonstration-value transformation"mechanism,and deepening"emotion-al resonance-interest concern"linkage,promotes the transformation of theoretical armament into practical momentum,elevates the party building brand to core competitiveness,radiates advanced role models to organizational effectiveness,and stimulates the sense of belonging among staff to the development-driven force.Its innovation lies in systematically integrating goal orientation,process control,and performance evaluation,providing an"empowering"practical path for public hospitals to explore the leader-ship of ideological education in the modernization of governance.It also has certain theoretical enlightenment and practical promo-tion value for deepening the integration of party building and business in the medical field.关键词
