新时代公立医院思想政治工作路径优化研究
A study on pathway optimization for ideological and political work in public hospitals in the new era
摘要
Abstract
Optimizing the path for ideological and political work in public hospitals in the new era serves not only as an essential requirement for safeguarding their public welfare orientation,but also as a crucial guarantee for improving the quality of medical and health services,and furthermore,as an inherent need for driving their high-quality development.However,current practical issues such as the lack of cultural penetration within public hospitals,insufficient ideological cohesion among medical staff,and the lagging innovation in ideological and political work collectively undermine the effectiveness of such efforts.There-fore,to optimize this path in the new era,it is imperative to further strengthen the cultural development of public hospitals to build a high-quality soft environment for ideological and political work;to foster a consensus centered on"people-oriented"prin-ciples to forge a high-caliber medical workforce;and to innovate the paradigms of ideological and political work to construct a ro-bust,high-level system for its implementation.关键词
