组织韧性视角下公立医院网络舆情风险应对策略研究
Research on coping strategies of network public opinion risks in public hospitals from the perspective of organizational resilience

Abstract
Based on the perspective of organizational resilience,this paper combined the typical characteristics of online public opinion in public hospitals,namely the rapidity and universality of information dissemination,the fragmentation and uncon-trollability of online public opinion,and the dual-sided and risky nature of public opinion impact.In this paper,it was systemati-cally analyzed that the challenges faced by public hospitals in responding to online public opinion risks from macro,meso,and micro levels.SFIC model was used to propose strategies for cultivating organizational resilience in public hospitals to address on-line public opinion risks from four dimensions:initial conditions,catalytic leadership,institutional design,and collaborative processes.The purpose was to enhance the capacity of public hospitals to scientifically respond to online public opinion risks.关键词
