Leveraging staff culture development to foster cultural integration and high-quality development in multi-campus systems

Abstract
Cultural construction,especially the construction of staff culture,is a key approach to the cultural integration and high-quality development of multi-campus hospitals.Against the backdrop of the development of one hospital with multiple campuses,cultural integration and innovation among campuses are confronted with numerous challenges due to differences in sta-tus,space,personnel structure,and functional positioning.Systematic cultural construction is needed to promote cultural integra-tion and enhance the sense of identity of both patients and staff towards new campuses.In 2021,the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center launched its new campus(Huangpu Campus).Drawing on the theory and tools of the corporate identity system,the center initiated staff cultural construction from three dimensions:visual,behavioral,and ideological,comprehensively enhan-cing staff's sense of job satisfaction,belonging,and identity.After implementation,both staff and patient satisfaction significant-ly increased,and the business of the campus achieved rapid growth,providing a practical reference that can be replicated for cul-tural construction in multi-campus public hospitals.关键词
