Abstract

To systematically characterize the lipid composition of Zhejiang Camellia Chekiangoleosa seed oil and evaluate its soothing and repairing effects on damaged cells,UPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS technology was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze its lipid composition through ESI positive and negative ion scanning mode.The LPS induced RAW264.7 macrophage inflammation model and HaCaT cell scratch model were used to evaluate its inhibitory ability on TNF-α and IL-6 and its promoting effect on cell migration,respectively.The results showed that CCSO contains 369 types of lipid components in 6 major categories,which include glycerides accounting for 98.54%(311 types),glycerophospholipids accounting for 1.16%(26 types),sphingolipids(16 types,approximately 186 μg/g),free fatty acids 0.13%(11 types),sterol esters 0.16%(2 types),and isoprenol esters(2 types,70 μg/g);CCSO can significantly inhibit the release of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6,and effectively promote the epidermal cell repair.
