摘要
Abstract
In order to facilitate the selection of suitable microbial challenge testing methods by enterprises,this study adopted different microbial anti-corrosion challenge testing methods such as single bacterial inoculation,mixed bacterial inoculation,single inoculation,and triple inoculation for experimentation.The results showed that the microbial challenge test results for single bacterium inoculation and mixed bacterial inoculation were basically the same;Compared to the single inoculation method,the triple inoculation method can better distinguish the strength of the anti-corrosion ability of the anti-corrosion system against bacteria and fungi,but the experiment is time-consuming and the steps are cumbersome;The single inoculation experiment has a short cycle and low cost,which can be used for rapid screening of preservation systems.关键词
