摘要
Abstract
Collagen ⅩⅦ is a transmembrane protein located in the skin basement membrane and a key component of hemidesmosomes.It plays an essential role in maintaining tight connections between the epidermis and dermis and is closely associated with skin homeostasis and the pathogenesis of skin-related disorders.This review summarizes the molecular structure of collagen ⅩⅦ and its functions and mechanisms in maintaining skin homeostasis,contributing to hair loss,and influencing physiological graying.The current applications of collagen ⅩⅦ in cosmetics are also discussed,providing a theoretical basis for its development in skin anti-aging,beauty,and hair loss prevention and regeneration.关键词
