镀镍碳纤维/Ti3SiC2/环氧树脂复合涂层的制备及吸波性能
Preparation and wave absorption performance of nickel-plated carbon fibre/Ti3SiC2/epoxy resin composite coating

Abstract
To improve the electromagnetic and wave absorbing properties of the single carbon fi-bre/Ti3SiC2/epoxy resin coating,nickel particles were loaded onto the surface of carbon fibres by chemical plating,and a nickel plated carbon fibre/Ti3SiC2/epoxy resin dual loss wave-absorbing coating was prepared.The coating was characterized by SEM and XRD,and the effect of nickel-plated carbon fibre content on the electromagnetic parameters and wave absorption properties of the coating was analyzed.The results show that when the mass fraction of nickel content is 70%,the nickel coating on the surface of carbon fibre gradually becomes dense.When the sample mass fraction of nickel-plated carbon fibre is 0.4%,the minimum reflection loss of the composite coat-ing is-14 dB,the effective bandwidth is 4.2 GHz,and the attenuation constant is 200~300 Np/m.When the mass fraction of nickel-plated carbon fibre is 0.2%,the minimum reflection loss value of the composite coating is-14.84 dB,the effective bandwidth is 3.5 GHz,and the at-tenuation constant is the lowest(150~250 Np/m).It can be seen that the electroless nickel plat-ing significantly improves the magnetic loss ability and impedance matching performance of the coating,and the dielectric magnetic synergistic loss mechanism is the key to its excellent absorb-ing performance.关键词
