Local Innovation:A New Concept for Revitalizing Rural Tourism Communities

Abstract
With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism has become a key practical field for activating endogenous rural dynamics and reconstructing urban-rural relations due to its industrial linkage and cultural rootedness.However,rural tourism areas currently face widespread challenges including subject disempowerment,value obscuration,and insufficient sustainability,urgently requiring a breakthrough from the binary opposition paradigm of"protection-development".Using the local regeneration theory as an analytical framework,this article constructs a trinity of rural tourism community regeneration principles:"value identification-business operation-subject cultivation",revealing the internal logic through which the tourism industry drives local social regeneration through cultural reproduction.It finds that rural local regeneration is essentially a systematic reproduction process of unique rural values,requiring tourism as a carrier to transform local knowledge into market-recognizable"local businesses",with the core lying in activating community subjectivity through benefit-sharing mechanisms.关键词
