从伏邪理论探讨慢性肺血栓栓塞症病机及治疗
Exploration on Pathogenesis and Treatment of Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Disease from Theory of Latent Pathogens
摘要
Abstract
Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary disease(CTEPD)is a long-term complication of acute pulmonary thromboembolism,in which persistent thrombosis easily leads to pulmonary vascular remodeling and hemodynamic abnormalities.This article explores the pathogenesis and treatment of CTEPD from the theory of latent pathogens.It posits that lung qi deficiency constitutes its internal foundation,while latent static blood and retained phlegm-fluid are its main pathological products and key pathogenic factors.Based on the pathogenesis characteristics of latent pathogens,treatment integrates multiple therapeutic approaches,including fortifying healthy qi,invigorating blood and resolving stasis,promoting qi flow to disperse stasis,warming yang to transform fluid retention,and drying dampness to dispel phlegm,aiming to provide new insights for the treatment of CTEPD.关键词
