Clinical Observation of Enterprise Stent-Assisted Coil Embolization Technique in the Treatment of Acute Ruptured Wide-necked Intracranial Aneurysms

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Enterprise stent-assisted coil embolization technique in the treatment of acute ruptured wide-neck intracranial aneurysms.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ruptured wide-neck intracranial aneurysms admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from February 2022 to February 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.40 patients in the control group received LVIS stent-assisted coil embolization technique treatment,while 40 patients in the study group received Enterprise stent-assisted coil embolization technique treatment.The immediate embolization effect,surgical status,clinical prognosis,recurrence and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The study group showed better immediate embolization effect and clinical prognosis compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the intraoperative spring coil escape rate,recurrence rate and total complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the stent release/detachment time and total surgical duration in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For acute ruptured wide-neck intracranial aneurysms,Enterprise stent-assisted coil embolization technique demonstrates superior performance in achieving better immediate embolization effect and improving clinical prognosis,primarily attributable to its shorter release/detachment time and overall surgical duration.Regarding safety and recurrence rates,it shows no significant difference compared to LVIS stent-assisted coil embolization technique.关键词
