立体定向放射治疗非小细胞肺癌的有效性及安全性研究
Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Stereotactic Radiotherapy for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of stereotactic radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 76 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional radiotherapy,and the observation group received stereotactic radiotherapy.The two groups in terms of efficacy,tumor marker[serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),glycocalyx antigen 125(CA125),glycocalyx antigen 153(CA153)]levels,circulating tumor cells(CTCs),thymidine kinase(TK1),lung function[maximal ventilation volume(MVV),exertional expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1),and exertional lung capacity(FVC)]levels,adverse reactions,and quality of life composite rating questionnaire(GQOLI74)scores were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 63.16%,higher than 39.47%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower CEA,CA125,CA153,CTCs,and TK1 levels,and higher MVV,FEV1,and FVC levels(P<0.05);the somatic function,psychological function,health status,and social function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);no significant difference was found in terms of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Stereotactic radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer patients is effective,which can reduce the level of tumor markers,improve the lung function,and enhance the quality of life with favorable safety.关键词
