短波紫外线联合常规药物治疗儿童急性中耳炎的效果及安全性探讨
Discussion on the Effect and Safety of Conventional Drug Therapy Combined with Short-Wave Ultraviolet Radiation in the Treatment of Acute Otitis Media in Children

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and safety of conventional drug therapy combined with short-wave ultraviolet radiation in the treatment of acute otitis media(AOM)in children,and to provide evidence-based support for optimizing clinical treatment protocols.Methods 128 children with AOM were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional drug therapy,while the observation group received conventional drug therapy combined with short-wave ultraviolet radiation.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,levels of inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of earache and tympanic membrane hyperemia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC,CRP,and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Short-wave ultraviolet radiation combined with conventional drug therapy for AOM in children has better clinical efficacy than the conventional drug therapy alone.This combined regimen helps accelerate symptom relief,promotes hearing recovery,effectively reduces inflammatory factor levels,decreases the incidence of complications,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions,which can be considered as one of the preferred clinical treatment options for AOM in children.关键词
