腔镜下整形保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的效果及对乳房美观与生活质量的影响
Effect of Endoscopic Breast-Conserving Surgery in the Treatment of Early-Stage Breast Cancer and Its Impact on Breast Aesthetics and Quality of Life

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of early-stage breast cancer and its impact on breast aesthetics and quality of life.Methods 88 patients with early-stage breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group underwent traditional extended mastectomy with breast preservation,while the study group underwent laparoscopic breast-conserving surgery.The surgical indicators,breast aesthetics,treatment effect,quality of life,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and incision length of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,while the intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative drainage volume were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The breast aesthetic rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the treatment effect between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer has stable therapeutic effects and good aesthetic outcomes,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
