Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of chlorhexidine combined with Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser in the endodontic treatment of patients with diseases of dental hard tissues and pulp,providing reference for optimising treatment protocols.Methods 104 patients with diseases of dental hard tissues and pulp were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with chlorhexidine root canal irrigation combined with Er:YAG laser,while the observation group was treated with chlorhexidine root canal irrigation combined with Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser.The symptom scores,periodontal status,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores,PD,GI,SBI,PLI,and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Chlorhexidine combined with Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser in the root canal treatment of patients with diseases of dental hard tissues and pulp can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the periodontal status,and reduce the inflammatory factor levels,with significant clinical value.关键词
