Abstract
Objective As a Chinese medicine of food-medicine homology,Huajuhong(Citri Grandis Exocarpium)is widely used in fields such as pharmaceuticals,beverages,and health supplements due to its effects of regulating qi to relieve the middle jiao,drying dampness,and resolving phlegm.This study aims to analyze the research hotspots and trends related to Huajuhong(Citri Grandis Exocarpium)in the last decade,providing a theoretical basis for its application in disease prevention and treatment and other areas.Methods Research literature on Huajuhong(Citri Grandis Exocarpium)was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used to analyze the authors,institutions,keywords,and burst terms of the included literature.Results A total of 302 pieces of literature were included.WANG Yanhui et al.were identified as core authors in this field.The institutional cooperation model exhibited characteristics of industry-academia-research integration.The literature was mainly published in journals such as Journal of Chinese Medicinal Materials.Research hotspots were concentrated in the following three aspects:the pharmaceutical technology and industry of Huajuhong(Citri Grandis Exocarpium),clinical experience and medication rules,and studies on active ingredients and their mechanisms of action.Molecular mechanism research on ingredients such as naringin and rhoifolin may become future research hotspots.Conclusion Research on Huajuhong(Citri Grandis Exocarpium)is currently on the rise.The evolutionary path of hotspots in this field follows the sequence of"preparation"-"application"-"mechanism".In the future,a"multi-disciplinary emphasis"and"industry-academia-research integration"approach should be adhered to.In-depth exploration of the mechanisms of action of the active ingredients of Huajuhong(Citri Grandis Exocarpium)should be conducted to promote its clinical and healthcare application transformation.关键词
