炼化装置绝热材料腐蚀评价方法与性能研究
Corrosion evaluation methods and performance study of insulating materials in refining units
摘要
Abstract
To address the issue of corrosion under insulation caused by moisture absorption of insulating materials,a method combining standard comparative analysis and experimental testing was adopted.Twelve domestic and international corrosion evaluation standards(seven simulation test standards and five leachate evaluation standards)were systematically reviewed.The differences and characteristics of various standards regarding the selection of evaluation indicators,test process design,and result judgment criteria were explored.The applicability defects and areas for improvement in the current evaluation standard system were identified.Based on the analysis results of the aforementioned standards,GB/T 17393-2008,ASTM C871-18(2023),and ASTM C795-08(2023)were selected as references.Quantitative evaluation tests on the leachate of various insulating materials were designed and conducted,focusing on the comparative analysis of key corrosion performance indicators between new nano‐insulating materials and traditional insulating materials.The research results indicate that among the new nano‐insulating materials,67%of the nano‐aerogel felt samples have a pH value below 7(weakly acidic),while other key corrosion performance indicators(such as electrical conductivity,chloride ion content,etc.)all meet the relevant evaluation requirements.The outcomes of this study provide a crucial basis for improving the corrosion evaluation standard system for insulating materials and scientifically guiding the selection of industrial insulating materials,offering significant theoretical and practical value for ensuring the long‐term safe operation of industrial equipment.关键词
