从玄府理论探讨当归生姜羊肉汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机制
Mechanism of Danggui Shengjiang Yangrou Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)theory
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)falls under the category of"Bi-impediment disorders"in Chinese medicine.It is persistent and difficult to cure,and long-term application of modern medical treatment regimens is limited by adverse reactions and high recurrence rates.As an important doctrine in Chinese medicine for elucidating the body's microstructure and function,mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)theory holds that physiological normality depends on unobstructed flow,which closely aligns with the core disease mechanism of RA characterized by"collateral obstruction".This article is grounded in mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)theory and aims to systematically explore the mechanism of action of the classic formula Danggui Shengjiang Yangrou Decoction(DGSJYRD)in Jin Kui Yao Lue(Essentials from the Golden Cabinet)for the treatment of RA.The article reviews the connotation of mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)theory and further clarifies that"malnourishment of the mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)"and"constraint and closure of the mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)"are key disease mechanisms in the occurrence and progression of RA;the two are mutually causal and together lead to dysregulation of qi and blood and joint binding.On this basis,the therapeutic mechanism of DGSJYRD is highlighted:in the formula,Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens)is acrid and warm to"open the mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)",directly unblocking constraint and closure;Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)nourishes the blood to"moisten the mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)",harmonizing ying nutrients and unblocking the collaterals;mutton is sweet and warm to"nourish the mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)",tonifying deficiency and replenishing essence.The formula integrates"opening,moistening,and nourishing"into a unified approach,combining unblocking with tonification and treating both the mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)and the collaterals,thereby providing a comprehensive theoretical basis in terms of therapeutic principles,methods,formulas,and medicinals for treating RA of the pattern characterized by cold congealing and blood deficiency with malnourishment of the mysterious mansion(Xuanfu).This article not only deepens the understanding of the disease mechanism of RA in Chinese medicine,but also provides new perspectives for the modernization of classical formulas and the clinical application of mysterious mansion(Xuanfu)theory.关键词
