"二十四节气"食俗中的药食同源思想体系构建
Construction of a food-medicine homology conceptual framework within dietary customs of the"Twenty-Four Solar Terms"

Abstract
Centered on the Chinese system of the Twenty-Four Solar Terms and integrating chronotherapy theory in Chinese medicine with modern pharmacological research,this article explores the logic by which dietary customs associated with the solar terms achieve disease prevention through"timing of nature-phenology-human body"synergy.First,the evolution of solar term dietary customs is reviewed,from the pre-Qin"dietary physicians"who regulated seasonal timing to the theoretical systematization in the Huang Di Nei Jing(The Huangdi's Inner Classic),and the current inadequacy in elucidating their medical mechanisms is identified.Next,the coupling between these dietary customs and chronotherapy in Chinese medicine is explained from three aspects,namely yin-yang and the five elements,five movements and six qi,and midnight-noon ebb-flow(Zi Wu Liu Zhu),and a three-dimensional linkage model is constructed.Finally,taking the Spring Equinox(Chinese toon for soothing the liver),Summer Solstice(lotus leaf for dispelling dampness),Autumn Equinox(lily bulb for calming the mind),and Winter Solstice(mutton for warming the kidney)as evidence,the"three-factor adaptability"principle is corroborated based on classical sources and modern research.The results indicate that the three-dimensional linkage model of"timing of nature-phenology-human body"can reasonably explain the disease-preventive mechanisms of solar term dietary customs and provides a framework for developing operational solar term-based dietary health maintenance strategies.关键词
