Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and pain mediators of total hip arthroplasty(THA)with minimally invasive SuperPATH approach on patients with concomitant femoral neck fractures(FNF).Methods From January 2020 to January 2024,86 patients with FNF who were treated in Xi'an North Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, those patients were classified into control group and observation group, with 43 patients per group. The control group was treated with THA with conventional posterolateral approach, and the observation group was treated with THA with minimally invasive SuperPATH approach. The operation related indexes, hip joint function and balance function, pain medium indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incision length of the observation group was shorter, and the blood loss during operation was less(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the HHS score and BBS score of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of serum 5-HT and serum PGE2 in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the scores of mental health, physical pain, social function and overall health in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with FNF,THA with minimally invasive SuperPATH approach have smaller incision length and intraoperative blood loss, better recovery of hip joint function and balance function, lower serum 5-HT and PGE2 levels, and better quality of life.关键词
