保护男性生育力药食同源中药的数据挖掘与组方规律研究进展
Research progress on data mining and formulation patterns of food-medicine homologous Chinese medicines for protecting male fertility

Abstract
With changes in contemporary lifestyle patterns and dietary structures,the incidence of infertility continues to rise,and effective prevention and management of fertility decline has become an important social and medical issue.Food-medicine homologous Chinese medicines,due to their mild properties and high dietary safety,have demonstrated strong application potential in the preventive and management field.Based on a review of ancient medical works and relevant Chinese and international literature published in recent years,this article analyzes,from multiple perspectives,food-medicine homologous Chinese medicines with male fertility-protective effects and their classic formula combinations.Using"names of food-medicine homologous Chinese medicines"and"sperm"or"testis"as search terms,relevant literature was retrieved from three major databases,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,and Web of Science,from database inception to June 2025.A total of 30 food-medicine dual-use substances with male fertility-protective effects were identified;their properties and flavors are predominantly warm and sweet,and they primarily enter the spleen,lung,and kidney channels.Among these,Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus),Muli(Crassostreae Concha),Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma),and Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)were the most frequently studied.On this basis,nine high-frequency Chinese medicines and five formulas mainly composed of food-medicine homologous Chinese medicines with well-defined clinical efficacy were selected.Based on the"property-effect-substance"framework,the properties and flavors,pharmacological mechanisms,and clinical applications of these Chinese medicines were explored in depth,thereby broadening research perspectives for the development of innovative kidney-tonifying formulas and related health products.关键词
