Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status of home care needs of patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement and its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 65 patients with femoral neck fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent hip replacement.The home care needs of all patients were investigated to understand the current status of home care needs.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of home care needs after hip replacement.Results The total score of home care needs of 65 patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement was(78.39±5.40)scores.There were differences in different dimensions of demand scores,and the scores of each dimension from high to low were rehabilitation nursing,health guidance,life nursing,safety nursing and psychological nursing.There was no significant difference in the scores of home care needs after hip replacement in patients with femoral neck fracture of different genders and marital status(P>0.05),while there were significant differences in the scores of home care needs after hip replacement in patients with femoral neck fracture of different ages,living alone,educational level,postoperative time,complications,self-care ability and social support(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,self-care ability,postoperative time,social support level and education level were the influencing factors of home care needs of patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement(P<0.05).Conclusion The home care needs of patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement are at a high level and are affected by many factors.Age,self-care ability,postoperative time,social support level and education level are the influencing factors.Clinical nursing staff should carry out individualized guidance according to the above factors to improve the patient's home care knowledge and self-management ability,so as to promote the rehabilitation process and improve the prognosis.关键词
