Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing combined with psychological nursing on compliance and quality of life of adult varicella patients.Methods A total of 120 adult varicella patients admitted to Tianjin Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into control group and study group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given comfort nursing combined with psychological nursing.The incidence of complications(skin infection,varicella pneumonia,varicella encephalitis,oral infection),the time of clinical indexes(high fever,rash,itching,sore throat disappearance time and herpes scab time,hospitalization time),mental status(SAS score,SAS score),compliance,quality of life score(physical function,physical role,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional role,mental health)were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 20.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of high fever,rash,itching,sore throat,herpes scab and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the mental status scores(SAS score,SAS score)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores(physical function,physical role,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional role,mental health)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was 98.33%,and the total compliance rate of the control group was 78.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing combined with psychological nursing for adult varicella patients can improve their compliance and quality of life,reduce the risk of complications,adjust their adverse mental state,and promote rapid recovery of patients.关键词
