Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of developmental care nursing model on the growth and development of low birth weight infants.Methods From April 2022 to April 2024,70 cases of low birth weight infants received by the Department of Neonatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(35 infants)and observation group(35 infants)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group carried out developmental care nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The neonatal growth and development indexes(body weight,body length,head circumference),nutritional indicators[serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB)],complications,recovery time(complete oral feeding time,hospitalization time)were compared between the two groups.Results The weight,body length and head circumference of the two groups after nursing were greater than those before nursing,and the weight,body length and head circumference of the observation group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ALB and HGB indexes of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the ALB and HGB indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complete oral feeding time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The developmental care nursing model has a definite effect in the nursing of low birth weight infants,which can promote their growth and development,improve their nutritional status,reduce the risk of complications,and shorten the recovery time.关键词
