Abstract
Digital printing and dyeing technology,as the product of the organic combination of digital tech-nology and textile art,promotes the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry and the rise of new business forms of personalized customization.However,the legal risks hidden in the rapidly changing new business forms should not be ignored either.Printing and dyeing enterprises are confronted with three major legal risks:copyright infringement,data compliance,and environmental protection.In this regard,enterprises need to take precautions from three aspects:at the level of copyright protection,they should fulfill the obliga-tion of entrusting the copyright review of patterns and enhance the copyright awareness of the entire enter-prise;At the data compliance level,a full-process management system is established in accordance with rele-vant laws and regulations,and data is classified and protected at different levels as well as monitored through-out its life cycle.At the environmental protection level,strictly control the compliance of consumables from the source,adapt environmental protection facilities,and improve emergency response plans for sudden envi-ronmental incidents.The above strategies can not only help digital printing and dyeing enterprises effectively avoid legal risks and lay a solid foundation for compliant operation,but also provide practical guidance for the industry to achieve sustainable development through technological innovation and business model upgrading.关键词
