Abstract
NF-50 is an environmental protection acid fixing agent free from phenol,bisphenol S,and oth-er bisphenol compounds.The effects of NF-50 on color fixation efficiency and color change for nylon and ny-lon/spandex fabrics under different fixation processes were investigated.The results showed that NF-50 ex-hibited excellent color fixation performance on nylon/spandex fabrics,significantly enhancing washing fastness and perspiration fastness.The optimized fixation parameters were:3%(omf)NF-50 for nylon fabrics,4%(omf)for nylon/spandex fabrics,at 75℃for 30 minutes in a fixation bath with pH 4.Comparative studies with com-mercial acidic color-fixing agents A and B revealed that NF-50 achieved washing fastness and alkaline perspi-ration fastness level above 4 for black,maroon,and bright blue nylon/spandex fabrics,with minimal color devia-tion.NF-50 outperforms commercial agents A and B in overall fixation effectiveness.关键词
