某铅锌矿SABC磨矿工艺效率提升方法研究
Research on Efficiency Improvement Methods of SABC Grinding Process in a Lead-zinc Mines

Abstract
A certain lead-zinc mine is currently the largest lead-zinc deposit in China.Its concentrator adopts the first SABC grinding process flow in China's lead-zinc industry(consisting of primary crushing,semi-autogenous grinding,ball milling,and pebble crushing),with a designed annual processing capacity of 990 000 t.To address the problems of high load in the original grinding system,insufficient load utilization of the ball mill,high steel ball consumption,and rapid liner wear,measures were taken including modifying the grate plate structure at the discharge end,optimizing the structure of the lifter bars in the cylinder,introducing steel-rubber composite liners,adjusting the steel ball ratio,and modifying the feed particle size.The results indicate that the SAG mill capacity increased by 7.6%,the system's comprehensive unit energy consumption was reduced to 1.22×105 J/kg,the annual throughput rose to 1.258 million tons,liner service life was extended by 2~6 months,and the proportion of easily beneficiable particle sizes increased notably.关键词
