Abstract
Aiming at the problems of complex symbiosis between fluorite and magnetic gangue and difficult separation in the polymetallic roughing tailings of a concentrator in Yunnan,a combined process of magnetic separation and flotation was adopted.Magnetic separation was used to effectively remove weakly magnetic gangue minerals,thereby improving the quality of the flotation feed.A closed-circuit flotation test was carried out using a flowsheet of"one roughing,one scavenging and eight cleanings".The results show that the magnetic-flotation combined process can produce a fluorite concentrate with a CaF2 grade of 66.29%and a recovery of 53.87%,effectively improving both the grade and recovery of fluorite.关键词
