摘要
Abstract
The paper systematically expounds the working principle,classification and key parameters of ball mills,and analyzes the current problems of ball mills in terms of energy consumption,production efficiency,equipment wear,automation level and environmental impact.With the decline in the grade of mineral resources and the tightening of environmental protection requirements,ball mills are developing toward higher efficiency,energy conservation,and intelligence.Through the integration of technologies such as new wear-resistant materials,optimized media grading and shapes,intelligent liners,and automated control,grinding efficiency is improved,intelligent monitoring is realized,and green,low-consumption operation is achieved,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the mineral processing industry.关键词
